| 1 cup Tur Dal |
| 3/4 cup Chana Dal |
| 1/4 cup Urad Dal |
| 1/4 cup Whole Black Pepper |
| 1 tbsp Dhania Seeds |
| 1/4 cup Curry Leaves |
| 10-15 Dry Red Chillies |
Method
Roast each spice individually for a few minutes until their raw smell disappears.
Grind them together into a very fine powder.
Add Salt to Taste
Store in an air tight container.
Notes:
Always use a clean dry spoon to keep the masalas fresh.
