Method
Choose jalapenos with very mild heat for this recipe.
Choose bell peppers of different colors if possible.
Slit the green chillies length-wise.
Chop all the peppers into 1-inch pieces.
Cut the paneer into 1 inch cubes.
Grind the panch puran masala into a coarse powder.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of butter and let it melt.
Roast the panch puran masala and turmeric and add in the peppers.
Saute until the skin starts to shrink and add in the paneer and salt.
Roast until the paneer is brown on all sides.
Garnish with fresh Dhania and serve.
