Method
Wash and finely chop the methi leaves.
Finely chop the onion and green chillies.
In a heavy bottom pan, add 1-2 tbsp ghee and splutter the jeera.
Add the bay leaf, green chillies, onion and a tsp of sugar and saute until it carmelizes.
Add the garam masala and kitchen king and saute until it loses the raw smell.
Add the methi leaves, peas and cook until the methi wilts and peas get completely cooked.
Blend in the paneer and fresh cream and saute for a few more minutes.
Garnish with fresh Dhania and serve.
