|1/4 cup Mint Leaves||2 Green Chillies||Oil|
|2 cups Yoghurt||1 pinch Chat Masala||Salt|
|Fresh Dhania||1 pinch Hing|
Grind the mint leaves and green chillies into a fine thick paste using 203 tbsp water.
Beat the yoghurt in a bowl to make it smooth.
Add the mint-chilli paste and a pinch of hing and chat masala.
Add salt and blend well.
Garnish with fresh dhania and serve chilled.
