2 cups Yoghurt | 1 pinch Chat Masala | Salt |
Fresh Dhania | 1 pinch Hing |
Method
Grind the mint leaves and green chillies into a fine thick paste using 203 tbsp water.
Beat the yoghurt in a bowl to make it smooth.
Add the mint-chilli paste and a pinch of hing and chat masala.
Add salt and blend well.
Garnish with fresh dhania and serve chilled.
