Pudina Raita

1/4 cup Mint Leaves2 Green ChilliesOil
2 cups Yoghurt1 pinch Chat MasalaSalt
Fresh Dhania1 pinch Hing

Grind the mint leaves and green chillies into a fine thick paste using 203 tbsp water.
Beat the yoghurt in a bowl to make it smooth.
Add the mint-chilli paste and a pinch of hing and chat masala.
Add salt and blend well.
Garnish with fresh dhania and serve chilled.
