Sev Puri

Ingredients
MainSpicesSeasoning
15-20 PapdisDhania ChutneyThin Crisp Sev
1 Medium OnionTamarind Date ChutneyFresh Dhania
2 medium TomatoesGarlic ChutneyRoasted Chana Dal
1 large PotatoChat Masala
Raw Mango4-5 Green Chillies

Method
Pressure cook and mash the potato.
Finely chop the onion, green chillies, tomatoes and raw mango.

To assemble:
Set a few papdis on a plate.
Top it with mashed potatoes, onion, tomatoes and raw mangoes.
Add a dash of all the chutneys.
Sprinkle some chat masala.
Garnish with Sev, Dhania and roasted Chana Dal and serve immediately.
