Whole Moong Dal

1 cup Whole Moong1 tbsp JeeraGhee
1 small Onion1 pinch HingSalt
1 large Tomato1 pinch Turmeric
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
1 pinch Garam Masala
3-4 Green Chillies
Fresh Dhania
Fresh Cream

Soak the Moong overnight.
Pressure cook the soaked moong for about 4-5 whistles.
In a pan, heat 2-3 tsp ghee and splutter the jeera.
Add the green chillies, garam masala, hing, turmeric, onion and ginger and saute until its pink.
Add the tomatoes and cook until mushy.
Add the cooked Dal and salt and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cream and dhania and serve.
This recipe can also be cooked with Moth Beans or Masoor Dal
